The last weekend in January Cory and I ran a 5k called the Color Run. It was so much fun. The dress code was white shirt so we could see the damage after we finished the race.
Cory and I getting ready to start.
Heidi came and took pictures after for us so we could get good pictures of what we looked like afterward without getting our stuff dirty.
The way it worked was at every kilometer there was a group of people who threw that color (which was corn starch that they use for the Hindu festival of colors). The first k was yellow, then green, purple, and finally pink.
Cory and I running in toward the finish line.
Yay we did it.
It was so much fun and it was packed with people.
Cory's friends joined us.

Yes we are so buff!
Our better sides.
When we finished everyone was given a bag of color to have a big throwing at the end. It starts out like this and ends up like this.
A giant cloud of color dust. We had some crazy colored boogies after this.
After we finished.
The final damage after everything. It took me four different washings to get it out of my hair.
We clean up pretty nice!
It was so much fun and anyone who wants to join next year come on down!
